As a ACSM certified personal trainer, Philip has helped countless people realize and reach their fitness goals.   With a bachelor of science in health and exercise sciences, he uses his knowledge of biomechanics and a variety of training techniques to constantly challenge and engage his clients.  He also uses a variety of fitness assessments to measure improvements and determine weaknesses and imbalances.
